Description:
The portable fire extinguisher course focuses on how fires start, different classes of fire and the correct method to extinguish each class through the use of videos, demonstrations and a live fire scenario.
Objectives:
It is hoped that this course will instill enough confidence in students so that when faced with a fire they are able to react with adequate confidence and safety.
Course Duration: 3 hours Course Hours: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Fee: Payment must be made when registering for courses. We reserve the right to cancel seven days prior to any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved.
PLEASE NOTE: High heels and open-toed shoes are not permitted. A practical outdoor exercise will be performed as a part of this course, please dress according to weather.
