A blended approach to comprehensive training
Our blended learning strategy incorporates a variety of training tools and aids to assist students in successfully completing the theoretical portion of the program. Learning comprehension is evaluated by completing activities, assignments and quizzes. These required elements ensure that the student understands the learning objectives of each module and is further validated by the use of end of module evaluations. Once all of the individual elements have been successfully completed the learner can proceed to the next program module.
This high level of individual attention creates an excellent developmental environment for the motivated firefighter to successfully complete all Office of the Fire Marshal’s (OFM) Provincial Exam requirements and earn not only their IFSAC, NFPA 1021 Level I certification, but the Institution of Fire Engineers Accreditations as well.
