What we offer

The purpose of the Airport Wildlife Management Training for Military Operations Managers is the training of people responsible for military airport operations with regards to airport wildlife management in order to reduce the number and severity of wildlife strikes at Canadian and International military airports (air force bases).

This is a comprehensive two-day course that meets or exceeds Transport Canada CAR 302 and Airport Standards 322. The course is specially tailored to military airports and draws on FES’ vast experience in the military airport wildlife management field.

Learning outcomes:

The first day will be classroom lectures and discussions, the second will consist of hands-on exercises and demonstrations as well troubleshooting, discussions and case study workshops. Participants are invited to present airport wildlife management situations and problems found at their airport for discussion during the case study workshops.
