Standard First Aid, Level C CPR, and AED (Red Cross)



What we offer

This course is designed to give students the knowledge and ability to perform basic medical skills required to respond during an emergency. It is a comprehensive blended course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Links to the online learning module will be sent to you prior to the course and the online module must be completed prior to attending the in-class session.

It includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines and meets both federal and a variety of provincial and territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR. It also includes injury prevention content, CPR and AED. Students will receive three-year certification in Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, and AED.

  • Any other content required by specific legislation

Online learning: six to seven hours

In-class: one day

Course hours

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
