You have agreed to participate in certain training and related exercises at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (“GTAA”) – Fire & Emergency Services Training Institute located at Toronto Pearson International Airport (the “Activity”) on the date(s) noted above. Due to the nature and scope of the Activity, unusual conditions and/or circumstances may arise during the Activity which conditions and/or circumstances could result in severe physical injury or death. The GTAA does not accept any liability for personal injuries, damages and losses arising out of, related to or occasioned by, the Activity. The undersigned acknowledges all risks incidental to the Activity and hereby agrees to assume same. The undersigned hereby releases and holds harmless the GTAA and all of its directors, successors and assigns from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages or injuries arising out of, related to, or occasioned by, the Activity and any activities of whatsoever nature incidental thereto.
